Cambodia Car Culture Terms & Conditions

To be eligible to participate as a racer in the CCC event, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Hold a valid driver‘s license.
• Own or have access to a car that meets the event‘s requirements and safety standards.
• Provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

• You must register for the event through the Liberty Carz App by providing the necessary information.
• Upon successful registration, you will receive a QR code that will be used for event check-in.
• Liberty Carz and CCC reserve the right to approve or deny any registration at their discretion.

• You must present your QR code at the event check-in to verify your registration.
• Follow all rules and guidelines set forth by the CCC community and event organizers.
• Ensure that your vehicle complies with all safety and technical requirements specified by the event organizers.

As a participant, you agree to:

• Conduct yourself in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner.
• Adhere to all event rules and regulations.
• Respect other participants, officials, and spectators.

• Safety is a top priority. You must follow all safety instructions provided by the event organizers.
• Ensure that your vehicle is in safe operating condition.
• Wear appropriate safety gear as required by the event organizers.

• By participating in the CCC event, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with car racing.
• Liberty Carz and CCC are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the event.
• You are responsible for any damage to your vehicle or injury to yourself or others resulting from your participation in the event.

• The QR code provided to you is unique and non-transferable.
• Misuse of the QR code or any attempt to transfer it to another individual will result in disqualification from the event.

• Liberty Carz is cooperating with the CCC community to organize this event. Any disputes or issues arising during the event will be addressed by the event organizers in collaboration with CCC.
• You agree to comply with any additional terms or instructions provided by CCC.

• Liberty Carz reserves the right to terminate your participation in the event at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Upon termination, you must cease all participation and comply with any instructions from the event organizers.

• Liberty Carz reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Participants will be notified of any significant changes and continued participation in the event constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
