Liberty Carz Sales Affiliate Terms & Conditions

To be eligible for the Sales Affiliate Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid email address and bank account for commission payments.
• Not have any previous account suspensions or violations with Liberty Carz.

• You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process
• Liberty Carz reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its discretion.

As a Sales Affiliate, you agree to:

• Promote Liberty Carz services in a lawful and ethical manner.
• Avoid any misleading, false, or unethical advertising methods.
• Adhere to all guidelines provided by Liberty Carz.

• Affiliates will earn a commission on qualifying sales generated through their unique affiliate links or direct refferal
• The commission rate and structure will be provided at the time of registration and may be updated by Liberty Carz.
• Commissions are paid monthly, provided the affiliate has reached the minimum payout threshold.

• Commissions will be paid via bank transfer or other payment methods specified by Liberty Carz.
• Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information and are responsible for any taxes associated with their commissions.

Affiliates must not engage in any of the following activities:

• Spamming or sending unsolicited messages.
• Using unauthorized promotional methods such as fake reviews or misleading endorsements.
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations.

• Liberty Carz reserves the right to terminate your affiliate status at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Upon termination, affiliates must cease all promotional activities and remove any Liberty Carz materials from their channels if has.

• Liberty Carz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the affiliate program.
• The maximum liability of Liberty Carz shall not exceed the total commission paid to the affiliate.

• Liberty Carz reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
